In preparation for Holy Week, St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Pittsburgh will be presenting Pergolesi’s “Stabat Mater” with chamber orchestra. Julianna will be performing alongside colleagues and good friends, Sariah Seare and Fabio Gentili.

This concert is free to the public. Donations are welcome.

C4 + Infinitus: A Parable of Choices

Julianna will be singing with C4: The Choral Composer/Conductor Collective in their upcoming concert, C4+Infinitus: A Parable of Choices.

This double choir concert will feature sets by both the C4 and Infinitus choirs, as well as a set performed together. The concert includes world premieres by C4 composers Hayes Biggs, Robert Buonaspina, Leslie A Frost, and Perry Townsend, as well as a special collaborative piece between C4 member Brian Mountford and Infinitus member Ron Rybaczuk. The concert also features music by Sarah Rimkus, Zanaida Robles & Julian David Bryson.

Song from the Uproar: The Lives and Deaths of Isabelle Eberhardt

Julianna will be performing in the chorus of this one-act opera by Missy Mazzoli with libretto by Royce Vavrek and Mazzoli. It tells the story of Isabelle Eberhardt, a swiss explorer and author. This production is a collaboration with Kassia Ensemble, Demaskus, and the August Wilson African American Cultural Center. It will take place in downtown Pittsburgh at the August Wilson Center on Saturday, May 21st at 2:00pm and 7:00pm. Click here to purchase your tickets today!

Pittsburgh Girls Choir: Women of Song Spring Concert

Under the direction of Julianna Grabowski, Women of Song’s annual spring concert will take place on Saturday, April 30th at 2:00pm at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Highland Park. Works include Andrea Ramsey’s “Truth,” Debra Morton’s “Paint Me,” Susan Labarr’s “Where the Light Begins” and more! Admission is free, and donations are encouraged.
